Ginger's spicy and heating qualities make this one a great winter drink but, served with carbonated water on ice, it can also be a fabulous summer refresher. Ginger's popularity is endless, however, combining it with apple juice still counts as a novelty. Just like with other flavors, apples provide the harmony we need for this strong taste.
